C2Dan88 Jan 10, 2017 @ 10:19am. Early game when you have low money and do not have any hired drivers yes repair costs are expensive. But after a whilee you start to rake in 100K+ per delivery and have hired workers then any expense on repairs become meaningless.
Can't give you a direct answer to your question as I don't have all of the dlc but it's pretty substantial, earlier today I had a multi hour trip in irl time. Wait for a steam sale, all but the newest map DLC are $5.60 or so on sale, add onto that the 15-20% discount for buying the 'map booster' pack on steam you're looking at I'd guess $30

It take aprroximate 1h real time, to drive 700-1000km, depends on road you are driving. How long it take to drive all the roads with DLC? I have no idea. Some people say, it takes 50-60h to do all achivements - one of them is to drive 100% of map. I've spent already 1100h and still a lot of achivements to do - I'm not chasing them. #1.
The patch file could be made up of lots of little patches where it has to take a large file split it insert the new data and then remake the file.
