Closing the launcher and opening it again usually fixes this issue, with the Account Name and Password fields usually being auto filled correctly after 1 or 2 attempts when this bug occurs. I know it might sounded rude, but I've heard a lot of good things and few bad about this game, but never expected something like this. Found quite a few posts about these problems WITHOUT any information on how to resolve this problem.
